Dr. David Lavine

Dr. David Lavine graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1987. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with Magna Cum Laude distinction from the University of Maryland in 1991. He completed his orthodontic training and received his Masters of Science degree from the University of Detroit in 1993.
Dr. Lavine is a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon, Gorgas Odontologic Society, Gamma Phi Delta, and Golden Key Honor Societies. He is also a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, the Southern Maryland Dental Association, Maryland State Dental Association, American Dental Association and is the president of the Great Seneca Study Club.
Dr. Lavine enjoys spending time with his wife Debbie, and their two children. He is a skier, boater and avid fisherman. He is proud to say he has caught a bone fish and a permit. He has yet to land the elusive Tarpon!

Dr. Ejiro Esi

Dr. Ejiro Esi graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science Degree. She received her Doctor
of Dental Surgery degree from Columbia University School of Dentistry and completed her orthodontic training at Howard University.
Dr. Esi is a member of the Golden Key Honor Society, American Association of Orthodontics, American Dental Association, and Maryland State Dental Association. She is also a board certified member of the American Board of Orthodontics.
In her spare time, Dr. Esi enjoys watching movies, reading, running, and
occasionally playing golf.

Dr. Jill Baldinger

Dr. Jill Baldinger is an orthodontic specialist, having received her D.M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania. After a General Practice Residency at Miami Childrens Hospital, Dr. Baldinger returned to the University of Pennsylvania, where she completed her orthodontic specialty training. Dr. Baldingers post-doctoral research on crowded teeth and associated periopathogens is published in the International Journal of Adult Orthodontics. In addition, Dr. Baldinger has lectured at the University of Pennsylvania, Woman as Orthodontic CEO Annual Meeting. Dr. Baldinger is a member of the American Dental Association, the Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity and several study clubs.
Dr. Baldinger has traveled to Latin America
numerous times as part of a volunteer dental
and medical team helping indigent children.
She has been in private practice since 1998
and currently resides in Maryland with her husband
and daughter.

Dr. Chris McTavish

Dr. McTavish received his Bachelor's degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating in 1995. He then earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from The University of Pennsylvania in 2000, where he was awarded The Pharmacology and Therapeutics Achievement Award and The Dental Radiology Award. After serving four years as a Dental Officer in the United States Navy, Dr. McTavish furthered his dental education by completing a two and a half year orthodontic residency at Temple University, earning a Master of Science degree in Oral Biology in 2006.
Dr. McTavish is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Mid-Atlantic Society of Orthodontists, and the Seneca Study Group. He is active in the community, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and the Appalachian Trail Club. He enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, canoeing, camping and skiing, as well as music. Dr. McTavish loves spending time with his family and friends.
